My town is called A Coruña. The weather is cold in the winter and somewhat sunny in the summer. It has got a monument from 2nd century before Christ called The Hercules’ tower that was a Roman lighthouse.
The city is rounded by the sea. It has got a nice esplanade to walk near the sea and beaches to play and have bath in the summer. It has also got very beautiful gardens with a lot of trees from different types.
We have some shopping centers and sometimes we go there to the cinema and to have fun. There is also an aquarium with a lot of fishes.
The football team is called Deportivo de La Coruña, they play in the Spanish premium league.
The council is located in the center of the city inside a square called Plaza de Maria Pita, it has got an statue from Maria Pita that was a famous woman that defended the city.
