IMPOSSIBLE PIE BY PABLO MORENO 6ºC

Everyone loves a quick mix recipe.


INGREDIENTS

 - 1/2 cup of plain flour
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 1cup (90g) coconut
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
-2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
-125gr of butter,melted
-2 cups of milk



INSTRUCTIONS

1- First you have to grease a 24cm pie dish
2-Secondly you have to add and move the flour into a bowl.
3-Next you have to mix sugar,coconut,eggs,essence,butter and milk.
4-After that you have to pour into prepared dish.
5-Then you have to bake moderate oven about 45minutes.
6- Finally you can serve warm or cold with cream or fruit.
